  • 一律採網路登錄,依欲參加之項目登記,資料送出即無法更改。
  • 此次活動的繳費方式一律採用信用卡線上付款,相關行政費用由參賽者自行負擔。
  • 本活動報名者需於規定時間內完成線上繳費,未完成者視同放棄參賽。
  • 參加 2021 PUMA 螢光夜跑的跑者,報到方式將一律採郵寄報到。
  • All registration should be applied online. After the registration deadline, no further changes or modifications shall be permitted.
  • The registration fee must be paid by credit card online.
  • All participants must complete the online transaction within a stipulated time period, or the qualification will be cancelled.
  • Those who register through PUMA Consumer Registration should use mail check-in.

進入個人報名頁面
點選「第二階段 - 個人報名頁面進行個人資料填寫。」
Please go to the site of personal registration to fill in personal information.

個人資料填寫
進入資料填寫頁面後登記個人資料,並選擇欲參加的組別。
The applicants need to complete the application form and choose their desire competition categories. Each applicant ONLY can log into the system once. Please be sure that all the information that applicants provide must be accurate. ※ If any information is found out to be falsified or forged, the Association will disqualify the participant’s eligibility to participate in the event.

活動繳費
填寫完報名資料後隨後進入繳費頁面,請依網頁指示進行網路線上刷卡繳費。
※ 報名者於繳費階段需一併繳交報名費和郵寄報到費。
Please follow the payment instructions to complete the online transaction via credit card. ※ The applicants should pay the registration fee and postal check-in fee at the same time.

報名完成
報名成功後 2 日內 E-mail 通知,或可至官網查詢報名資訊。
The event host will send out an email notification to confirm your registration after processing your payment. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 2 business days after payment, please go to the official website’s registration page to check your payment status or call the service number.

報到通知
報名完成後可至官網查詢報名資訊,大會將於活動前 1 週 E-mail 寄發報到 通知書。
Email notifications will be sent out about the check-in location one week prior to the event date. If you do not receive this email notification one week prior to the event but have successfully completed registration, please call the service number for assistance.
